Chunky Trail Mix
Making your own trail mix at home is easy to do, plus you’re in charge of what goes into it!
Instructions
Step 1.
Pre-heat oven to 170°C.
Step 2.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
Step 3.
Spread out single layer on a lined tray, bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and crisp.
Step 4.
Let cool completely before breaking into chunks.
Step 5.
Mix through dark chocolate and dried apricots.
Step 6.
Store in an airtight container.
